Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly Assist with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Help with setup and breakdown of catering events or restaurant shifts, ensuring smooth operations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining spaces through regular cleaning and organization Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest requests Follow all food industry regulations and hotel standards to uphold quality and safety protocols Skills Mandarin required. Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments Strong understanding of cleaning, bussing, serving, and food handling procedures Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of catering operations and hotel service standards is a plus Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
