Part Time Weekend Sat/Sun Breakfast Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast service. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring cleanliness, assisting with food preparation and maintaining/upkeep of all breakfast standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively. Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about menu items and assist with any special requests. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist in food preparation as needed, including cooking items according to established recipes and standards. Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to ensure a clean dining environment for incoming guests. Collaborate with catering staff to support any special events or large group breakfasts as required. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and catering services is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cash handling is beneficial.
