Banquet Captain

We are the premier, private, family-oriented country club in our region. Bent Creek is best known for fine dining and for orchestrating the area's most memorable events. We currently have part-time openings for Banquet Captains who will be responsible for leading and guiding banquet staff in order to provide exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests at banquet functions and club events. Three years of banquet and/or catering experience is required and supervisory experience is a plus. Pay is dependent on level of experience. A valid driver's license are required. Must be professional and dependable.

Job Duties:

Reviews the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to review event requirements. Gives adequate instruction for setting and clearing tables and buffets. Communicates as needed with F&B Management so event runs smoothly. Serves food and beverage in a timely and professional manner. Tracks head counts and food and beverage consumption as required on BEO. Oversees cleanup and leaves banquet area in the proper condition.
