Job Description

We are looking for friendly, driven individuals to help build a reputation for exceptional customer service. BierHall operates a non-traditional ordering system, where there are no servers taking orders at the table. Runners are a critical point of contact in the guest experience here and are valued accordingly. This position has the opportunity to evolve into a bartending role.
Responsibilities:
Set-up and tear-down of the bar and service areas Assisting bartenders during service Cleaning and stocking glassware Promptly delivering food and drink orders to seated customers Clearing and resetting tables after guests have left Cleaning food and beverage spills during service Checking ID's for alcoholic beverage service to seated customers Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire guest experience Assist in cleaning and maintaining
Front of House Requirements:
Strong communication skills Polite and friendly demeanor Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
