Breakfast Attendant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests start their day off right with a delicious and satisfying breakfast experience. Work hours are 5am-11am.

Duties:

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service
• Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
• Ensure food items are stocked and replenished promptly
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in meal preparation and serving as needed
• Brew fresh coffee and maintain beverage stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth breakfast service

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of food service and kitchen etiquette
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Willingness to help wherever needed to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone etiquette skills
