Hospitality Aide (Dining Services Personal Care)

We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Hospitality Aide to support dining services in our personal care community. This position focuses on creating a welcoming dining experience for residents through proper meal setup, service, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up dining room prior to meals (tables, place settings, beverages, condiments)
• Assist with meal service and ensure residents are served promptly Provide courteous, resident-centered service during mealtimes Maintain cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after meals Assist with beverage and snack preparation as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines Support dishwashing and kitchen clean-up Work collaboratively with dietary and personal care team members

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous hospitality, food service, or healthcare experience a plus Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact respectfully with elderly residents
