Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying our breakfast service, ensuring a delightful dining experience. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellent customer service will help set the tone for a positive guest stay. Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations with fresh food items, beverages, and condiments Serve guests promptly and courteously, addressing their needs with a friendly attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment Replenish food and beverage supplies as needed to ensure a fully stocked buffet Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit or assembling breakfast items when necessary Clear tables and assist with general cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards Requirements Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor Experience serving or working in banquet or catering environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment Food industry experience including restaurant or barista roles is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us to help create memorable mornings for our guests!
