Job Description
Job Overview Join our team as a Restaurant Busser/Server Assistant and become a part exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will support the front-of-house operations by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting servers with food and beverage service, and ensuring our guests feel valued from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area for guests. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food or beverages when needed. Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing service stations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely service and address guest needs promptly. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to keep the dining area spotless. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly attitude.
