Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, following established recipes and safety guidelines Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and quickly Serve customers with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness of the truck's food prep area, dining space, and equipment in accordance with sanitation standards Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support food industry operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring quick service during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during peak hours Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Prior kitchen or café experience is preferred; retail math or grocery store experience is a plus Join us to bring energy, passion, and professionalism to every shift!
