Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Set up breakfast buffet stations, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and replenishment throughout service hours Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions with professionalism Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, assembling breakfast plates, or setting up catering stations for events Support banquet and catering functions by delivering timely service and ensuring guest satisfaction Collaborate with team members to uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment at all times Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Background in customer service roles within hospitality or restaurant settings demonstrates strong interpersonal skills Experience serving in banquet or catering contexts is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling practices is essential Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation can be advantageous but not required Previous roles in dietary aide or healthcare food service contribute valuable understanding of special dietary needs A genuine passion for hospitality combined with excellent communication skills will help you succeed in this energetic role
