Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service. Greet guests warmly, assist with food selections, and answer any questions about menu offerings or dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food displays. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and proper handling procedures. Replenish supplies such as utensils, condiments, napkins, and beverages to ensure seamless service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and address any special dietary requests or banquet needs. Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members. Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or banquet settings is preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is essential. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience will help you excel in this dynamic role. Barista experience or background in the food industry can be an added advantage. Dietary aide or catering experience demonstrates your ability to manage special requests with professionalism.
