Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met at all times Set up breakfast stations, including arranging utensils, condiments, and display items to create an appealing presentation Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food prep zones through regular cleaning and sanitizing Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, portioning, and assembling menu items using proper knife skills and culinary techniques Manage guest interactions with excellent customer service, including taking orders via POS systems like Aloha or Micros, handling cash or card transactions accurately Buss tables promptly to keep the dining area tidy and welcoming for all guests Support catering or banquet events as needed, including setup, serving, and breakdown duties Follow all food handling protocols and dietary guidelines to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments with a focus on breakfast or meal prep Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with cleaning routines, bussing tables, and maintaining a hygienic environment Knowledge of dietary accommodations and allergy awareness to serve diverse guest needs effectively Previous hospitality roles such as host/hostess or culinary positions are highly valued Skills in coffee preparation or barista experience can enhance guest interactions during breakfast service Ability to work early mornings with flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable mornings!
