THE ROLE
This is a hybrid position combining bussing and food running — you'll be one of the most active people on the floor, keeping tables turning and food moving without missing a beat.
Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and quietly between courses and after guests depart
Run food from the kitchen to the correct table promptly, confirming seat positions and accuracy of every dish before setting it down
Communicate clearly with kitchen and server teams to keep ticket times and table turns on pace
Keep water glasses filled, bread refreshed, and tables tidy throughout service
Support servers during peak rushes so the guest experience never slows down
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, expo line, and dining room
Assist with setup and breakdown of the dining room before and after service
