Job Description

Clements' Marketplace seeks a full-time clerk for our Blue Lobster Cafe in Portsmouth, RI. Clements' is a family owned and operated business with four locations and ties to RI & MA since 1980. Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service. The position will assist customers with product selections/orders and offer suggestions as needed. Basic food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, pizzas and more. Work with the Café Manager to monitor the freshness of food and ingredients. Follow proper cleaning, sanitation and food safety guidelines. Equipment will be utilized in a safe manner, in accordance with store policies and procedure. Maintaining proper organization of work spaces is also required. This position may perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Previous working experience in food service preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to resolve problems efficiently. Highly motivated individual that can work in a fast paced retail environment. Ability to multi-task, have excellent time management and organizational skills.
