Responsibilities Supervise daily café operations, including food preparation, serving, and cash handling to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service Lead, train, and develop staff members in food safety procedures, customer service excellence, and operational standards Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Oversee POS systems for accurate order processing and transaction management Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and ensure proper coverage during busy hours Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety standards through regular inspections and training Support kitchen management by supervising food production, ensuring consistency in quality, and assisting with culinary tasks Experience Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurant environments Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience in hospitality or restaurant settings Strong background in food preparation, cafe drink techniques, and kitchen management Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols in a hospitality context Excellent leadership skills with a track record of staff training & development and team management Prior cafe and fast order experience is highly desirable Join us as a Cafe Assistant Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional experiences every day!
