Tru by Hilton Beaufort, SC is looking for a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Breakfast Attendant to join our growing team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing our guests with an exceptional stay by ensuring the breakfast area is well-maintained, stocked, and offers a variety of appealing options.

Responsibilities:

Set up and break down the complimentary breakfast buffet each morning, ensuring all food items are presented attractively and hygienically. Prepare and replenish a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold foods, beverages, and condiments, throughout breakfast hours. Monitor food levels and temperatures to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Greet guests warmly and assist with any breakfast-related inquiries or special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, serving stations, and equipment, before, during, and after service. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and serving ware. Manage inventory of breakfast supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and courteously to feedback. Assist with other hotel duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not required. Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
