Morning shifts, approximately 6:00 AM-11:30 AM•About Zero George Hotel Zero George Hotel , one of Charleston's premier boutique luxury hotels, is seeking a warm and detail-oriented B reakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. Located in historic downtown Charleston, Zero George is home to Zero Restaurant + Bar, which has been recognized as a Top 100 Restaurant in the U.S. by OpenTable , a Top 5 Foodie Hotel in the World by Condé Nast Traveler, and a Selected Restaurant in the Michelin Guide . The Breakfast Attendant plays an important role in creating a polished, welcoming start to each guest's day and upholding the thoughtful service standards that define the Zero George experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys early mornings, takes pride in warm and gracious hospitality, and understands how small details can create a memorable guest experience.•About the Role The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the hotel's breakfast service while providing attentive, personalized hospitality to guests. This role requires strong attention to detail, a polished and professional presence, and the ability to work independently while staying connected to the broader Food & Beverage and hotel teams. We are looking for someone who is proactive, gracious, organized, and comfortable engaging with guests in a refined boutique hotel environment. Responsibilities Set up and maintain Zero George's European-style continental breakfast in accordance with hotel service standards Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout breakfast Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, including offering recommendations about Charleston and the surrounding area Prepare, replenish, and present breakfast offerings such as fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, and other continental selections Ensure all food and beverage items are fresh, well-stocked, and presented with attention to detail Clear tables, sanitize surfaces, and maintain a clean, organized breakfast area throughout service Monitor breakfast inventory and communicate supply needs to the Food & Beverage Manager or kitchen team Clean and maintain service equipment, including the coffee machine and beverage stations Communicate guest requests, dietary needs, or service concerns to the appropriate manager Support a calm, polished, and welcoming morning environment for hotel guests Assist with breakfast breakdown and reset duties at the end of service What We're Looking For Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, catering, or guest service role preferred Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with guests Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation Ability to work independently and stay organized during service Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and gracious presence Reliable early-morning availability Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs, including trays, coffee dispensers, and breakfast service items•Compensation + Perks $20•23 per hour, based on experience Early daytime schedule, approximately 6:00 AM-11:30 AM Opportunity to work in one of Charleston's premier boutique luxury hotels Guest-facing hospitality role connected to a Michelin Guide Selected Restaurant and nationally recognized hotel experience Professional growth opportunities within Easton Porter Group's hospitality portfolio Supportive, service-driven team culture Employee discounts and access to Easton Porter Group hospitality experiences, where applicable Benefits Easton Porter Group offers Eligible Full-Time Employees a benefits package designed to support the health, wellness, and long-term growth of our team.
