Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations with fresh food items, ensuring presentation is appealing and standards are met Serve guests promptly and courteously, assisting with food selections and answering questions about menu options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food displays Monitor food levels throughout service, refilling items as needed to ensure a complete and satisfying experience Follow all food handling and safety protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, assembling breakfast plates, or setting up catering events Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of hot foods and beverages, including coffee and juice service Skills Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience serving guests in banquet or catering settings is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation enhances your versatility Background in hospitality or dietary aide roles demonstrates your commitment to guest well-being and safety This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the food industry who thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
