Overview We are seeking a lively and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to energize our morning service. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast offerings, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring our guests start their day with a positive experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snack options Set up breakfast areas with appropriate linens, utensils, and condiments to ensure an inviting presentation Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations throughout service Monitor food safety practices by handling food properly and adhering to health regulations Restock supplies as needed during breakfast hours to ensure seamless service Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit or assembling breakfast plates when necessary Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing special dietary needs or requests promptly and courteously Skills Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Experience serving or catering in banquet or hospitality settings Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Background in the food industry or as a dietary aide enhances your suitability for this role Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable mornings for our guests!
