Responsibilities Set up and replenish buffet stations with fresh, appealing food items, ensuring variety and quality throughout service hours Maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet areas, including tables, counters, and serving utensils Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly, attentive service Monitor food temperatures and presentation to meet safety standards and uphold high-quality standards Restock supplies such as plates, utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation for buffet offerings Follow all food safety protocols related to handling, storage, and sanitation to ensure a safe dining environment Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your enthusiasm makes every guest's meal memorable!
