Duties Set up breakfast areas with fresh food, beverages, and presentation items to create an inviting dining experience Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, adhering to food safety standards Serve guests with friendly, attentive customer service, assisting with dietary requests and answering questions about menu options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment Monitor food levels throughout service hours, restocking supplies promptly to ensure a continuous flow of offerings Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate catering or banquet breakfast services when needed Qualifications Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocols Experience with catering or large-scale food handling is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is beneficial Demonstrated understanding of dietary restrictions and accommodations within the food industry Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
