In this role, you will be the first smiling face guests see, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving delicious breakfast offerings. Your enthusiasm and commitment to exceptional service will help create memorable mornings for our guests, making every breakfast service smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, customer interaction, and hospitality operations within a dynamic environment. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh ingredients, beverages, and necessary supplies to ensure a seamless service. Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food prep stations, adhering to food safety standards. Replenish buffet items regularly, ensuring presentation is appealing and inventory levels are sufficient throughout service hours. Assist with food handling and preparation tasks such as slicing fruits or assembling simple dishes to support kitchen operations. Monitor dietary restrictions or special requests from guests to accommodate their needs effectively. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, safety, and cleanliness during busy breakfast hours. Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or food industry environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience serving food and beverages in a fast-paced setting such as restaurants or catering events. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a hospitality setting. Dietary aide or food handling experience can be beneficial for understanding health standards.
