Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish food supplies, and maintain attractive displays throughout service hours. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and assist with special dietary requests or allergies. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas, serving stations, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations. Monitor food temperatures, handle food safely, and ensure proper storage of ingredients to prevent contamination. Assist with catering events or banquet setups as needed, supporting larger hospitality functions. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments or food service environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction. Knowledge of serving techniques, food preparation, and food handling safety protocols. Previous experience working in restaurants or the food industry; dietary aide or hospitality background is advantageous. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices to ensure guest safety.
