Duties Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented. Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing friendly assistance and answering questions about menu options. Replenish food stations promptly to maintain a full and inviting display throughout service hours. Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, assembling breakfast items, or setting up catering stations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing serving stations. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience serving guests in a hospitality or restaurant setting. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required. Prior barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is beneficial but not essential.
