Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a welcoming and enjoyable morning experience for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a clean, inviting breakfast area, preparing food items, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and replenish breakfast offerings, including hot and cold items, ensuring freshness and presentation standards are met. Set up breakfast stations with linens, utensils, condiments, and necessary supplies to create an appealing display. Serve guests with a friendly attitude, taking orders when needed and assisting with food or beverage requests. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, equipment, and food handling surfaces in compliance with food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies; notify management when stock needs replenishing or ordering. Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, assembling breakfast plates, or preparing coffee and other beverages as barista experience allows. Support catering or banquet events by setting up breakfast spreads and ensuring timely service for large groups or special occasions. Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Experience serving or working in banquet or catering settings is a plus. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential. Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background will help you excel in this role. Barista experience is beneficial for preparing beverages efficiently. Dietary aide experience or familiarity with special dietary requirements can enhance guest satisfaction.
