This energetic leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee food service management, supervise talented staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality food preparation, implementing sanitation procedures, and managing kitchen operations to deliver memorable dining experiences. Duties Assist in managing daily food & beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all outlets and catering services Supervise and train staff in food preparation, food handling, sanitation procedures, and customer service standards to uphold safety and quality Oversee kitchen management activities including food production, cooking, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Coordinate shift management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining high levels of staff performance Implement and monitor food safety management systems to ensure adherence to health codes and sanitation standards Support restaurant management functions such as POS system operation, inventory control, and cost management Lead efforts in catering events, banquet services, and dietary department requirements to meet diverse client needs Skills Extensive experience in food service management, restaurant operations, or hospitality management with a focus on culinary excellence Proven supervising experience with strong leadership skills in managing hospitality teams and kitchen staff In-depth knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and food handling regulations Skilled in managing food production processes, catering services, and banquet operations Familiarity with POS systems, shift management tools, and restaurant management software Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to lead teams effectively under pressure Strong background in culinary arts including cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management Experience working within the food industry or hospitality sector with a focus on managing diverse teams and ensuring quality standards Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience supporting dietary departments or specialized catering needs Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Embark on a rewarding journey where your culinary expertise and leadership will shape memorable dining experiences while fostering a vibrant team environment.
