As a Server Assistant, you will support the serving staff by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while assisting as a food runner, dining room attendant and a guest experience facilitator. Responsibilities Assist servers with delivering food promptly and accurately to guests, ensuring presentation standards are met. Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes, glassware, and silverware while ensuring cleanliness and organization of dining areas. Help with setting up and breaking down banquet or special event spaces, ensuring all items are arranged correctly for guest comfort. Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials to assist guests with inquiries confidently. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including banquet or hotel settings. Strong understanding of food handling procedures and food safety standards. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting trays, and bussing tables efficiently. Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Previous experience in hospitality roles is highly valued.
