Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards. Replenish buffet items regularly during service hours to ensure freshness and availability. Assist with food handling procedures, adhering strictly to health regulations and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy breakfast hours. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience serving or catering in banquet or hospitality settings is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Food industry experience such as barista work or dietary aide background is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
