Breakfast Attendant Position Summary:
The Breakfast Host is responsible for providing guests with a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked breakfast experience while maintaining food safety standards and excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up the breakfast area before service begins. Cook and prepare hot breakfast items according to brand standards. Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished throughout breakfast hours. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, dining room, kitchen, and storage areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed. Restock supplies, beverages, condiments, and paper products. Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety guidelines. Properly store food items and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures. Report maintenance issues, inventory shortages, and guest concerns to management. Assist with light housekeeping of public breakfast areas. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds. Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Schedule:
Typical shift: 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM (may vary by property needs) Weekends and holidays required.
Starting Pay:
Based on experience and qualifications.

General Manager /
Assistant General Manager Hotel Management Team Pay:
$12.75 - $14.00 per hour
