We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Expo Assistant to join our team and support our Expo Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Organize catering orders by placing food on shelves and coordinating items with order tickets. Assist with prepping homemade dressings, and other expo prep items. Prepare daily setups including coffee, creamers, sugars, iced tea, and paper products (plates, forks, knives, etc.). Keep the expo area clean and organized; mop expo area weekly. Assist Expo Manager with daily tasks and special projects as needed. Handle catering deliveries as assigned (valid driver's license required). Follow directions accurately and use GPS for delivery routes.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must speak English and be comfortable using GPS. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
Compensation:
