A food expeditor, or expo, is the final checkpoint in the kitchen before a dish reaches a guest. They are responsible for ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timely delivery of meals, making them an essential part of any well-run restaurant. This person must have goodmunication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact.
