Role Overview:

As a Dining Room Attendant, you'll blend laid‑back Texas warmth with polished hospitality. You'll guide guests through the BBQ experience, anticipate needs, and create a weing environment that keeps the energy high and the tables happy. What You'll Do Provide attentive, friendly table service in a casual‑but‑refined setting menu knowledge and help guests navigate the BBQ experience Collaborate with the buffet, cashier, and culinary teams to ensure seamless service Maintain a clean,anized section and support closing duties What Makes You a Great Fit You're personable, confident, andfortable engaging with guests You enjoy the fun, lively atmosp of a Texas BBQ setting You balance efficiency with genuine hospitality This position requires open availability, including early mornings, weekends and holidays through September (Labor Day) of 2026. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbalmunication skills. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. Prior food and beverage / serving experience is preferred. Must be available to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts through September (Labor Day) of 2026. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be 18 years of age or older. TABC & Texas Food Handler certification is required.
