This role is vital in providing guests with a warm, welcoming breakfast experience and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service, food safety, and hospitality, ensuring that every guest starts their day positively. Previous experience in food service, catering, or hotel operations is preferred but not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, customer service, and hospitality operations within a dynamic hotel environment. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations according to hotel standards, including food presentation and replenishment Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional guest service Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages to ensure smooth operation throughout the shift Monitor food safety standards and ensure proper handling of all food items in accordance with health regulations Buss tables and assist with general cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times Experience Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Skills in food preparation, meal presentation, and basic cooking Experience with guest relations, customer service, or host/host roles enhances suitability for this position Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of food items is essential Strong communication skills and professionalism are required to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service to contribute to memorable guest experiences while developing valuable skills in the food service industry.
