Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes when necessary
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing guest needs
