Breakfast Ambassador

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests during the breakfast service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest relations and a strong understanding of food safety and meal preparation. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests start their day with a delightful dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and present breakfast items, ensuring quality and adherence to food safety standards. Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including buffet stations and seating arrangements. Provide excellent guest relations by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast needs. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations. Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, including meal preparation and service. Brew coffee and prepare beverages, ensuring they are served fresh throughout the breakfast service. Perform meat cutting or other food preparation tasks as required. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with meal preparation, catering, or banquet services is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting. Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
