As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in hospitality settings. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will help enhance the dining experience for our patrons. Responsibilities Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and service stations. Help with food service by delivering dishes to tables as needed. Refill water glasses and provide additional support to guests as requested. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and cleanliness in the kitchen area. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest needs efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.
