We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Expeditor to join our team at Chili's in Love Field Airport. The Food Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring that dishes are presented to our guests accurately and promptly. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a strong commitment to maintaining the quality and presentation of our food.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area. Ensure all food orders are complete, correct, and aesthetically pleasing before being served. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth service. Maintain an organized and clean expediting station. Monitor and manage the timing of food preparation to meet service standards. Address any food quality or presentation issues promptly and efficiently. Assist with kitchen duties as needed, including restocking and cleaning.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role or in the food service industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
