In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the flow of operations between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to tables in a timely manner. Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet quality standards before serving. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay order information and special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including dining areas and kitchen. Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with servers and cooks to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Help with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating dishes or assembling orders. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
