Duties:
Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking: cleaning, slicing, and preparing meat, seafood, and vegetables, preparing beverages, under the direction of chef. Must be willing to work on evenings & weekends. No prior restaurant experience necessary. Kitchen manager will train on restaurant's food preparation systems.
