The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience. This position involves assisting with daily operations, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for food and hospitality, we would love to hear from you! Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee and baked goods. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment. Assist in food production and kitchen management tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Support restaurant owner by helping with inventory control and stock management. Provide leadership to new staff members during their training period. Uphold health and safety standards in food service management. Experience Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with casual dining environments is a plus. Skills in interviewing potential candidates for future positions are beneficial. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and food production processes is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality are essential for success in this role.
