Job Description

Job Summary This position provides friendly and efficient customer service while preparing and serving food and beverage items in a safe and sanitary manner. Responsible for operating point-of-sale systems, processing transactions, maintaining cleanliness and inventory levels, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and supporting daily concession operations to ensure a positive guest experience. Essential Job Functions This information is intended to be descriptive of the key responsibilities of the position. The following examples do not identify all duties performed by any single incumbent. This position has responsibilities that require lifting up to 10 pounds on occasion. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to established procedures. Operate cash register and process cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stands, counters, equipment, and dining areas. Restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed. Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low stock items. Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and securing the stand. Respond to customer questions and resolve minor customer concerns courteously. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is required. All other duties as assigned by a supervisor/manager within your department/division. Minimum Qualifications Any combination equivalent to experience and training that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may qualify. A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills and abilities would be:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Some food and beverage or customer service experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
Licenses:
Valid Driver's License required. Ability to obtain and maintain TABC and Food Handler certifications if required by assignment.
