Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Report to work as scheduled (no earlier than five minutes), in uniform, and ready to work. Maintain professional relationships with all coworkers. Follow checklists and standard operating procedures. Perform duties as assigned. Demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule. Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.

Primary Job Functions:

Properly clear, clean and sanitize all tables and dining room areas. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room. Maintain a clean and organize dish machine area. Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications. Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine. Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Remove all garbage and linen. Keep storage areas and parking lot clean and organized. Performs additional responsibilities, as requested by the management team at any time.

Requirements:

Physical Demands This position will spend 100% of the time standing and working in congested areas Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water. Must be able to withstand continuous walking, standing, bending and climbing stairs. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds when needed. Must be able to life, carry, push and/or pull up to 35 pounds regularly. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Job Requirements:

Comprehensive understanding of the English language. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers. Required to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays. Required to purchase appropriate uniform upon hiring. Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines. Knowledge of basic dish machine operations
