You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming, clean, and delicious dining environment where our staff can recharge and connect. Your Impact:
More Than Just a Meal You ensure that every resort associate-from our Golf Pros to our Housekeeping team-has a high-quality meal in a professional, clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence:
Set up the cafeteria for daily service, stocking self-service areas with fresh food, proper equipment, and supplies.
Team Service:
Serve fellow associates during meal breaks with a smile, ensuring proper portions and high-quality presentation.
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with the Food and Controllable Storerooms to maintain par stocks of china, glassware, flatware, and ingredients.
Sanitation Champion:
Maintain rigorous standards of food safety and cleanliness. This includes managing spills, clearing dishes, cleaning grills, and ensuring a spotless dining area.
Kitchen Collaboration:
Work closely with kitchen personnel to obtain freshly prepared food items and conduct taste panels to ensure quality standards.
Transactional Accuracy:
Operate the cash register or meal-tracking machines to ensure accurate billing for food items. What You Bring to the

Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of co-workers.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to move safely in a kitchen environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining pace during busy meal periods.
