This role helps keep the Bakehouse flowing day to day, from helping guests at the counter to packaging pastries, stocking shelves, running food, supporting farmers market prep, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door. Do:

Welcome and assist guests with warmth and hospitality Help package pastries, breads, grab n go items, and pantry goods Run food, interact with guests, and help create a thoughtful dine in experience Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked Bakehouse Support service flow during busy hours Learn about our seasonal menu, ingredients, and local producers Assist with prep and organization for weekend farmers markets Work closely with the Bakehouse team to create a thoughtful guest experience What We re Looking For You should be dependable, team oriented, friendly, and excited to learn. Hospitality, caf , bakery, or restaurant experience is a plus, but attitude, care, and willingness to jump in matter just as much. Weekend availability is important for this role. Compensation $7.50/hour plus tips. Tips currently bring average hourly earnings to $15+/hour.
