Dishwasher & Food Prep Assistant (Part-Time) About the Role Zen Hibachi & Sushi in McKinney, TX is looking for a hardworking and reliable Part-time Dishwasher who can also assist with Food Prep. We are a busy restaurant that values teamwork and efficiency. If you are looking for a stable evening position and are willing to help out in the kitchen, we'd love to meet you.
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule & Requirements Schedule:
3 days per week (Evening/Dinner shifts).
Weekend Availability:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is
MANDATORY.
Stamina:
Must be able to work long hours and stay active in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Food Prep:
Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation (e.g., washing vegetables, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients) as needed.
Dishwashing:
Collect dishes from bus carts, sort, wash, dry, and restock stations with clean plates.
Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize the dish area, walk-in cooler, and storage areas.
Cleaning:
Mop the kitchen floor restrooms are cleaned and restocked. Qualifications Prior experience in food prep or a kitchen environment is a plus. Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
