Overview Join our dynamic team as a Food Truck Worker and become a vital part of delivering delicious, high-quality food to our customers on the go! Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Serve customers with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck workspace, including food handling and food safety practices Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Restock supplies, assist with bussing tables or clearing orders, and ensure quick turnaround times during busy hours Follow all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or working in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafes is a plus Culinary experience or restaurant background will be advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
