The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area while providing excellent guest service. This role helps ensure guests enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience each morning. Set up and stock the breakfast buffet before service begins. Prepare and replenish food and beverage items according to company standards. Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout service. Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen. Clear and sanitize tables, counters, and serving stations. Wash dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Monitor inventory and report supply shortages to management. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when necessary. Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
