Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-presented Serve hot beverages such as coffee, tea, and juice with promptness and friendliness Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving utensils Food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety standards, including plating, and replenishing items Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Engage with guests courteously, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special dietary requests when possible Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety procedures at all times Skills Prior experience in food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in serving or food preparation within restaurant or catering settings Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Background in banquet service or hospitality roles enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This role requires enthusiasm for the food industry combined with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
