Job Description

Delivers food from the kitchen to the customer's table, ensures orders are correct, and maintains cleanliness in the dining area by clearing and resetting tables.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment. Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment. Must be able to work well as part of a team. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to carry food on trays to tables Ability to keep tables and the establishment's spaces clean and organized We are El Mercado, a fast-casual restaurant concept focused on Mexican cuisine, designed to combine authenticity, operational efficiency, and bold flavors. Our menu centers on bowls and the option to turn it into a burrito. Made with fresh ingredients, bringing together traditional Mexican flavors with a modern counter-service format built to deliver quality, speed, and consistency.
