The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This position is perfect for those with experience in restaurants, catering, or hotels who are eager to contribute to a positive guest experience. Duties Perform cleaning tasks to ensure a sanitary and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Assist with bussing tables, ensuring prompt clearing and resetting of dining areas. Provide food service support, including serving meals and beverages to guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workflow and assist with food handling as needed. Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about menu items or services. Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure seamless operations during service hours. Uphold safety and hygiene standards in accordance with food industry regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, including roles in restaurants, catering, or hotels. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and coworkers. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is an asset. Experience in kitchen operations or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to various tasks as required.
